Launching on June 23, 2025, SANA emerged from the pages of "We Belong: An Anthology of Colombian Women Coffee Farmers," created by Lucia Bawot. This unique program offers vital psychosocial support, ensuring that women who toil in the fields aren’t just recognized for their labor, but also for their emotional and mental wellness.

The journey to SANA’s inception began when Bawot discovered that many women farmers possess untold stories of resilience and struggle.
